All orders
in Italy received before 1.00 pm will be shipped the same day provided that all products in the order are available for delivery within 24/48 hours. If even one product is not available, this would block the delivery of the entire order until all products are available.
- Delivery should take place within 24/48 hours, barring problems that may be:
- - Periods of particular activity by couriers, Christmas period, Black Friday, August or particular holidays.
- - Strikes by couriers, warehouse workers or any category that interferes with transport.
- - Disadvantaged areas: there are places in Italy that due to their characteristics require more connections for delivery (for example major and minor islands, mountain towns, Venice and others).
For foreign countries, deliveries usually take place within 72 hours at the most, but the rules above for Italy apply.
