Ingredienti

    • 1g Special Ingredients Sucrose Ester

    • 50ml Alcohol of your choice

    • Mini Whisk Frother & Cocktail Foamer

    Indicazioni

    1. Pour 50ml of your chosen alcohol into a container.

    2. Add 1g Special Ingredients Sucrose Ester and stir with a spoon until dissolved.

    3. Using either a mini mixer, hand blender or standard blender mix the solution until foam has been formed.

    4. Alternatively, use a Special Ingredients Cream Whipper to create the foam
