Chocolate ‘Soil’ Recipe

Ingredienti

  • 100g Dark Chocolate

  • 25g Butter

  • 25g Caster Sugar

  • 20g Special Ingredients Zorbit

Indicazioni

  1. Place the chocolate, butter and caster sugar in a bowl together.

  2. Place the bowl over a pan of simmering water and melt all the ingredients together.

  3. Bit by bit, mix the Zorbit into the melted chocolate mixture. It will thicken and gradually become a powder.

  4. Store in an airtight container.

  5. Serving suggestion – we layered it in a pot with elderflower yoghurt and blackcurrant sauce.
