Very simple recipe to make whipped Bomboloni

In a large bowl, add the flour, eggs, water, sugar, sunflower oil, baking powder, and vanilla.Mix all the ingredients well until you obtain a homogeneous dough. You can use an electric mixer or a stand mixer to make this step easier.
Strain the Dough:
Pass the dough through a fine sieve to eliminate any lumps and achieve a smooth consistency.
Pour the strained dough into the siphon. Charge the siphon with a gas cartridge (usually N2O) and shake well to incorporate the gas into the dough.
Heat oil in a deep pot to about 180°C (356°F).Spray the dough from the siphon into a ladle lightly greased with hot oil, then carefully submerge it into the hot oil.Fry the doughnuts until they are golden and puffed, about 2-3 minutes.
Remove the doughnuts from the oil with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to drain excess oil.Immediately roll the doughnuts in sugar, ensuring they are well coated on all sides.
