Our Food Flavouring Drops are premium-quality, intense water-soluble flavourings that provide an exceptionally efficient way to add flavour. Highly concentrated, versatile and multipurpose, they can be used in both foods and drinks. Use sparingly: 1–2 ml is enough to flavour 1 litre of base liquid. Each 30 ml bottle contains approximately 800 drops, providing excellent yield and precise dosing. They disperse well in most foods and drinks.

Ideal for flavouring cakes, icings, fondants, ice cream, sorbets, cupcakes, pastries, salads, sauces, frostings, creams, ganache, desserts, cocktails, drinks, cream, wine, beer, spirits, sweets and more. They can also enhance the flavour of a dish without changing its original texture.

Directions for Use:
Recommended dosage: 0.3%–1.0% (3–10 g per litre of preparation). Do not consume in concentrated form.
