All orders to Italy received by 1 pm will be dispatched the same day, provided that every product in the order is available for delivery within 24–48 hours. If even one product is unavailable, the entire order will be held until all products are available.

Orders of at least €120 in ITALY qualify for free shipping up to 20 kg.

If the products are available, delivery should take place within 24–48 hours.

Any shipping service may experience delays caused by factors including:

• Conflicts around the world. Our parent company is in England, so our imports go through customs. Heightened security or congestion at customs can delay shipments from outside the EU.
• Busy periods for couriers, such as Christmas, Black Friday, August and other holidays.
• Strikes by couriers, warehouse workers or other sectors affecting transport.
• Remote or difficult-to-access locations: some Italian destinations require additional transport connections, including the larger and smaller islands, mountain areas, Venice and others.

For destinations abroad, delivery usually takes no more than 72 hours, subject to the same conditions as deliveries within Italy.
