30-Day Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unused or unworn, with tags and in its original packaging. You also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Contact info@specialingredients.it. Returns must be sent to:

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your parcel. Items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

The refund will be issued upon receipt of the order, excluding shipping costs. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Damage and problems

Please inspect your order on receipt and contact us in writing at info@specialingredients.it within 24 hours if the item is defective, damaged or incorrect, so that we can assess the problem and resolve it.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Certain items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods (food, flowers or plants), custom products (special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as cosmetics). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. Please contact us if you have questions about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Exchanges are assessed case by case at the discretion of Special Ingredients Ltd, which may refuse a request. If approved, return the item using a carrier of your choice. Once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
