How much does delivery cost?
We offer free delivery on orders to Italy and selected European destinations when the order value exceeds €120 or €150 (0–20 kg). For orders below €120 or €150, the cost is calculated by weight. Shipping charges vary according to the delivery service requested. We deliver throughout Italy and to many European destinations.

What happens if my item is damaged in transit?
Damage in transit is very rare, as we always pack our products carefully. If your item arrives damaged, please email info@specialingredients.it immediately, including photographs of the damaged product.

We are a European business with a VAT number. Do we have to pay VAT?
When you enter your VAT number, the system automatically calculates the amount due. Please follow the registration process for European businesses.

How can I place an order?
You can order directly on our website or email info@specialingredients.it.

How can I pay for my order?
We accept debit/credit cards, PayPal, Amazon Pay, bank transfers and cash on delivery.

How long will it take to receive my product?
Orders received by 1 pm Monday to Friday are dispatched the same day. In Italy, you can expect delivery within 1–2 working days.

If your order includes unavailable products, the entire order will be dispatched within a maximum of 15 working days. If you would like to receive the available products separately, contact us and we will split the shipment, with additional delivery charges.

Can I send my order to an address different from the billing address?
Yes, our website offers this option.
