Our glucose syrup (sometimes called corn syrup) is a premium-quality, simple, natural liquid sugar product without artificial colours or flavours. Highly versatile and mainly used with sugar as a sweetener, it improves the colour, flavour, texture and stability of many foods. Odourless, it can be used in a variety of baked products, including cakes, desserts, confectionery, preserves and jams. In jams and fruit preparations, it improves fruit flavour and stability. Essential for ice cream and royal icing, it improves softness and also helps keep cakes soft, moist and spongy. Add to drinks to sweeten and enhance flavour; it blends easily with various food ingredients. Our glucose syrup has a DE value of 42. How to use: as required to achieve the desired taste. When used with sugar, add the liquid at the same time as the sugar according to the recipe.
