Our Crackle Crystals are premium-quality carbonated sugar coated with flavourless cocoa butter to prevent them popping until eaten. Professional chefs use them to create a popping sensation in the mouth. Crackle Crystals add a new dimension to desserts, cakes and sweets. Ideal for decorating and flavouring cakes, mousses, ice cream, sorbets, jellies, cupcakes, pastries, desserts and cocktails, or simply enjoy as sweets.

Storage conditions: store in a dry place away from heat and direct sunlight. Maximum 28°C. Relative humidity should be low, preferably dehumidified at 25°C and 65% relative humidity. Use within 6 months of opening.
