Our food flavouring drops are premium, intense, water-soluble flavours that offer an efficient way to add flavour. Highly concentrated and versatile, they can be used in food and liquids. Use sparingly: 1–2 ml is enough to flavour 1 litre of base liquid. Each 30 ml bottle contains approximately 800 drops. They disperse well in most foods and drinks and are ideal for cakes, icing, fondant, ice cream, sorbets, cupcakes, pastry, salads, sauces, frosting, ganache, desserts, cocktails, drinks, cream, wine, beer, spirits and sweets. They can also enhance a dish's flavour without changing its texture.
