Turn truffle oil into a light powder with Special Ingredients Zorbit.

Powdered truffle oil

Ingredients

  • 10g Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 5g Truffle Oil
  • 15g Special Ingredients Zorbit®
  • Sprinkle Maldon Salt

Directions

  1. Mix the oils and gradually fold in Zorbit until a powder forms.

  2. Season with Maldon salt.

  3. Season the lettuce and grill it.

  4. Serve with smoked yoghurt, grated cured egg yolk, grilled lettuce and a cone-shaped potato, as in the suggested presentation.
