This technique lets you quickly make a gel from almost any liquid, including juices and cocktails, using only Special Ingredients Ultratex.
Ingredients
- 30ml Recuerdo gin
- 30ml Campari bitter
- 30ml Martini Rubino
- 9g Ultratex

Method
- Pour the gin, Campari and vermouth into a container.
- Gradually add Ultratex, whisking to dissolve it.
- Once the desired consistency is reached, pour into a squeeze bottle.
- Your gel is ready to use.
