85 ml Orange Juice
15 ml Lemon Juice
Orange and Lemon Zest
1% Agar agar

Directions

Mix the liquid with 1% agar agar Specialingredients.it (e.g. 100 g liquid - 1 g agar agar). Bring the mixture to the boil.
Let a thin layer gel on a baking tray.
With a pastry cutter, you get the veil.
