Sorbitol Powder – Low-Calorie Alternative

Our sorbitol, also known as glucitol, is a high-quality white crystalline powder with a gently sweet taste. It is sugar-free, low-calorie and non-cariogenic, ideal as a bulk sweetener or compression agent for making sugar-free sweets.

A naturally derived product, it can be used in many food preparations, including syrups, desserts, baked goods, confectionery and fats. Perfect for sweets, frozen desserts, biscuits, cakes, jams, icings and fillings. Its low glycaemic index makes it widely used in sugar-free, low-calorie and diabetic products.

Unlike sucrose, sorbitol does not caramelise or brown during cooking.
