Everest Powder is a titanium dioxide replacement. A natural white opacifier usable in virtually any pH system, it is designed to match the performance of titanium dioxide while addressing clean-label requirements. A microfine powder, readily soluble in water, it can be used in dairy products, confectionery, baked goods, icing, white chocolate, drinks and much more. Its microfine grade provides much better mouthfeel and improved heat and acid stability compared with titanium dioxide. Everest Powder contains no titanium dioxide and no calories. Preservative-free and suitable for clean-label requirements. Suitable for vegans and vegetarians, gluten-free, non-GMO, non-irradiated, palm-oil-free, kosher-friendly and halal-friendly.
