How to use:

1. Mix Easy Vegan Egg powder with water and vegetable oil. Whisk or blend until smooth.
2. Heat a pan with a little cooking oil.
3. Pour into the pan and spread evenly.
4. Cook for 2 minutes per side over a medium-low heat.
5. For an omelette: cook for another 1–2 minutes.
6. For scrambled eggs: break up with a spatula and cook for another 1–2 minutes.

Storage:

Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
