Ingredients
- 300ml red berry juice (100% natural)
- 2 tablespoons sugar (optional, depending on the sweetness of the juice)
- 2g agar agar powder (approximately 1 level teaspoon)
Directions
Pour the red berry juice into a small saucepan and add sugar if desired.
While cold, add the agar agar powder and whisk well to avoid lumps.
Bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
Boil for at least 2 minutes to activate the gelling power of the agar agar.
Pour the still-hot liquid into small moulds or glasses.
Leave to cool at room temperature, then refrigerate for at least 1 hour until the jelly has set.
Serve directly in the containers or carefully unmould for a more striking presentation.
