Iota Carrageenan 100g and Kappa Carrageenan 100g: two seaweed-based gelling agents in one pack

Carrageenans are natural gelling agents extracted from red seaweed (E407), suitable for vegans and ideal for milk-based preparations. This pack includes both versions for creating soft or firm textures.

Pack contents:

  • Iota Carrageenan 100g – soft, elastic gels that remain stable through freezing and thawing. Calcium strengthens the gel: perfect for creams, panna cotta and milk-based desserts.
  • Kappa Carrageenan 100g – firm, more brittle gels. Ideal for sliceable jellies, glazes and coatings.

Save approximately 10% compared with buying the two products separately.

Storage: store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
