Make absinthe candy floss with Zorbit, Special Ingredients tapioca maltodextrin.

Absinthe candyfloss

Ingredients

  • 5g Very Strong Absinthe (85-90% Vol)
  • 2g Garlic
  • 10g Special Ingredients Zorbit (Tapioca Maltodextrin)

Directions

  1. Put Zorbit in a bowl and gradually add the absinthe until a light powder forms.

  2. Make candyfloss in a candyfloss machine or use ready-made candyfloss.

  3. Sprinkle the candyfloss with the absinthe powder and a little tarragon-flavoured sugar.
