Chocolate Truffles Recipe

Indicazioni

1. Melt together the butter and the chocolate over a water bath or bain marie.

2. In a saucepan, bring to the boil the glucose, sugar and the cream.

3. Slowly whisk the cream mix to the chocolate mix.

4. Pour the combined mix into a shallow tray and allow to set in the fridge.

5. Using a hot knife , dice the truffles into equal sized cubes.

6. Dust or cover with tempered chocolate as desired.
