Our Maltodextrin is a premium quality product. A fine dry free-flowing powder produced from wheat starch. Easily soluble in liquids both hot and cold. It is one of the most commonly used ingredients in the food industry, where it is mainly used as a low-calorie bulking agent or a flavour carrier. It can be used to thicken liquid solutions and to increase volumes of dry mixes. Use to disperse ingredients or flavours in dry or liquid solutions.  Maltodextrin is not sweet so it can also be used as a low-calorie replacement for sugar in savoury ice cream or sorbet.
