What is MoisturLOK®?

MoisturLOK® contains no artificial colors, flavors or preservatives. When used with yeast doughs it will extend the shelf life, quality, texture, taste and mouthfeel. It will also maintain a high moisture content in the finished product. MoisturLOK® can also be used in baked goods such as cakes and muffins, nutritional bars and many more, it will significantly increase shelf life, increase batch yield and reduce baking losses. Its ability to control water activity is due to its unique sugar composition and this helps to increase moisture content but does not increase water activity. A must have for anyone who loves to bake. Suitable for vegans, ovo-lacto-vegetarians, non-GMO, gluten-free, non-irradiated.
