How to use: The amount of liquid depends on the consistency required. Arrowroot powder must be made into a slurry before adding to the liquid. Mix 5-10g of Arrowroot powder with 15-20ml of room temperature water. Stir together to create a slurry. Then gradually add the slurry to the hot liquid stirring constantly until the desired consistency is achieved. Arrowroot works best at lower temperatures, add it towards the end of the cooking process to prevent it from breaking down and losing its thickening properties.
Storage conditions: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure the product is tightly sealed after use to preserve quality and prevent moisture absorption. Use within 6 months of opening.
