Chop a purple cabbage into pieces.Strain the cabbage water and let it cool.
Add enough water to cover the cabbage and bring to a boil.
Mix 500 ml of cabbage water with 2 g of agar agar in a pot.Bring to a boil, stirring continuously until the agar agar is completely dissolved.
Fill a syringe with the hot cabbage water and agar agar mixture.
Insert the liquid into the tubing using the syringe.
Let the tubing cool for about 10 minutes in ice water.
Gently extract the agar agar and cabbage water noodles from the tubing.
Use the purple noodles as a garnish for dishes or as a base for innovative recipes.
