Banana and Peanut Butter Bread Recipe

1. Preheat oven to 180C. Grease or line a bread pan and set aside.

2. Mash 3 bananas (remember to reserve the fourth banana for garnishing) and whisk together with all wet ingredients until incorporated.

3. In a separate bowl, whisk together all dry ingredients then fold dry mixture into the wet mixture until combined.

4. Pour batter into prepared pan. Slice the fourth banana lengthwise and place decoratively on top of the batter.

5. Bake for 25 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean or with a few crumbs.
