Nitro coffee is created by infusing cold coffee with pure nitrogen gas. The nitrogen infusion results in a rich and flavorful brew, with a naturally creamy texture and a velvety foam top. It is also an ideal product for making Nitro Tea and other Nitro-infused creations. You can find many recipes in Danilo Angè's N20 book.
