Very fast and easy way to make peach chips

100g peach coulis
7,5g glucose syrup
32,5g isomalt
22,5g icing sugar
to make the peach coulis, use just a little lemon juice. Cook until they are completely melted and blend them.
Use 100 g and mix with the other ingredients.
Use a stencil to obtain the desired shape and dry in the oven for 55 minutes at 110°. Remove from the oven, let cool, and serve 🤩
