Our Vanilla Bean Pods are of the highest quality Madagascan Grade A Vanilla. Extra Large 14-18cm Long. Madagascan Vanilla is known for its floral and fruity flavours. Vanilla is often described as being a warm, creamy, buttery flavour with a familiar essence. Grown in Madagascar, the pods can be used in a variety of ways to give a pure intense flavour of Vanilla in applications such ice cream, crème brulee, baked goods, icings, desserts, custards, pastries, creams and drinks. Suitable for Vegans, Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Gluten free, Kosher friendly.

How to use: The strongest flavour is found inside the pod in the form of thousands of fragrant vanilla seeds. Use a sharp knife to split the pod length ways to expose the vanilla seeds, scrape the seeds out and use as directed in your recipe. You can reuse the outer bean pod, it can be placed in a jar of sugar, syrup or any liquid to infuse with vanilla flavour.
