Cholesterol-free, low in fat and carbohydrates, high in protein, it’s a perfect product for a healthy lifestyle. Reconstitution ratio 10g of powder to 70ml (70g) of water = 80g of liquid egg white. Suitable for Vegetarians, Non-GMO, Free Range, Gluten Free.

How to Use: The dosage rates of Egg Powder depends upon the usage. If you are mixing it with water to reconstitute an egg consistency use 10g of powder and 70ml of water = 80g of liquid egg white. Always use a blender when mixing with liquids. Egg White Powder dissolves best in water at temperature of 35-40°C.

 

Storage Conditions: Store in dry, cool conditions and not in direct sunlight. Use within 6 months of opening.
