Our Vanilla Bean Pods are of the highest quality Madagascan Grade A Vanilla. Extra Large 14-18cm Long. Madagascan Vanilla is known for its floral and fruity flavours. Vanilla is often described as being a warm, creamy, buttery flavour with a familiar essence. Grown in Madagascar, the pods can be used in a variety of ways to give a pure intense flavour of Vanilla in applications such ice cream, crème brulee, baked goods, icings, desserts, custards, pastries, creams and drinks.
