MoisturLOK® contains no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. When used with bread doughs it will extend the shelf life, quality, texture, taste and mouthfeel. It will also maintain a high moisture content in the finished product. MoisturLOK® can also be used in bakery products such as cakes and muffins, nutrition bars and many more, it will significantly increase the shelf life, increase the batch yield and reduce baking loss. Its ability to control water activity is due to its unique sugar composition and this helps to increase moisture content but will not increase water activity.
